Back to Nature

Jeanne Gang
Kōʻula’s award-winning architect, Jeanne Gang, was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 most influential people for 2019. She’s also a Professor in Practice at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where she teaches about the cultural and environmental considerations of architecture. Believing that we are most at home in nature, Gang drew insights from the islands and applied them to materials and form.
Glen Pushelburg &
George Yabu
